  • For the duration of this program we will work with your leadership team on a pre-scheduled basis. You will receive:

    • 12 x 2.0 hour focused facilitated leadership group class sessions
    • Minimum 6 hours of one-on-one individual instructional exercises using the handouts and tools (may be administered personally, online or over the phone)
    • TOTAL TRAINING TIME: 30 hours per participant

  • We use a variety of handouts and tools during the year long program. These tools include:

    • Management team checklist at the beginning of program.
    • Hedgehog Principle – defining what makes this company different from all other companies; what is its true competitive advantage and how do we maximize that?
    • Mission/Vision Determination – using base strategies such as Core Values, Higher Purpose and the Hedgehog Principle, this tool helps to define down the Mission and Vision for the company.
    • Human Resource Analysis – defining the critical roles in the organization and who is responsible and accountable in those roles.
    • Critical Numbers – defining the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the company and each individual.
    • Financial Performance Metrics - a methodical exercise to uncover the key metrics, measurement points and ‘lagging’ versus ‘leading’ indicators for the company.
    • One Page Business Plan – a comprehensive tool to display who you are, where you are and where you are going as an organization.
